Heat the oven to 400F (or 200C). Cover a baking dish with a parchment/baking paper.
Chop the dill and spring onions and put half of them on the parchment. Place the fish fillet on top of them and season it with salt, pepper, chili flakes and thyme. Scatter the garlic cloves. Drizzle with cooking cream and olive oil and finish with the other half of chopped dill and spring onions. Seal the parchment paper and put the dish in the preheated oven. Bake for 20-30 minutes and serve hot!

Dice the onion and fry it until golden. Add chopped mushrooms, keep frying until brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Boil water with some salt. Cook the peas and soy beans in the boiling water for a few minutes. Strain them and put them in a food processor. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and a few spoons of cooking cream and mash everything until desirable texture. Serve hot with fried mushrooms on top.
