Process in a food processor or in a blender; garlic, parsley, dill, chili, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. While processing the ingredients slowly add the olive oil, until the sauce thickens. Dice the chicken breast or tear it by hand to small pieces. Mix the chicken with the sauce. To get a better flavor leave it for an hour outside.

Tear the lettuce by hands, dice the tomatoes and cut the onion into thin rings. Put everything (the vegetables and the chicken) in a bowl, add mayonnaise and mix everything carefully. Serve at room temperature with fresh bread and butter.
