Grind in a food processor onion, garlic clove, parsley, fresh dill. chili and bread. If you don't have a food processor, you can grate the onions and the garlic clove on a grater and mince everything else with a knife. Combine this mixture with the ground meat. Season it with salt and pepper, add eggs and mix again. Let it rest in a ridge for half an hour.
Heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil is very hot, but not smoking, make flat burgers with wet hands and out then in the pan. Fry until brown from both sides. Great with fresh bread and vegetables.
